Na7ive Na7ions is a Native-led national organization grounded in Tribal sovereignty, cultural integrity, respectful representation, and the advancement of Native athletes.

Unless otherwise identified, original website text, graphics, photographs, videos, program materials, merchandise designs, logos, and other content created by or for Na7ive Na7ions are owned by Na7ive Na7ions or used with permission.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, used for commercial purposes, or presented as another organization’s work without prior written authorization.

Tribal and Indigenous Cultural Content

Cultural knowledge, Tribal names, languages, stories, symbols, designs, regalia, songs, ceremonies, traditions, and other cultural expressions featured on this website remain connected to the Indigenous peoples, families, artists, knowledge holders, and Tribal Nations from which they originate.

Their inclusion on this website does not transfer ownership or grant visitors permission to copy, reproduce, imitate, commercialize, misrepresent, or use them outside their intended context.

Na7ive Na7ions does not claim ownership of cultural knowledge, expressions, or materials belonging to participating Tribal Nations, Indigenous peoples, families, artists, or knowledge holders.

Respectful Use

Visitors, media representatives, partners, vendors, sponsors, and other organizations are expected to respect:

  • Tribal sovereignty and community protocols
  • The authority of Tribal Nations and cultural knowledge holders
  • Restrictions associated with culturally sensitive materials
  • Athlete and family privacy
  • Photograph, video, trademark, and copyright permissions
  • The cultural context in which information and imagery are shared

Nothing published on this website should be interpreted as permission to use a Tribal Nation’s name, insignia, cultural materials, or identity for commercial, promotional, political, or organizational purposes.

Reporting a Concern

If you are a Tribal representative, cultural knowledge holder, athlete, parent, guardian, photographer, artist, or other rights holder and believe content has been used inaccurately, without permission, or outside its proper cultural context, please contact us.

We will review the concern respectfully and take appropriate action when warranted.
