THE NATIONAL SOFTBALL PATHWAY
A NATIONAL PLATFORM FOR NATIVE SOFTBALL ATHLETES
Na7ive Na7ions brings Native softball athletes from across Tribal Nations into a unified national program built around access, development, representation, and high-level competition. Players are identified through tournaments, evaluations, scouting, coach recommendations, and competitive performance.
The National Softball Team is not a single-season roster. It is a pathway designed to prepare athletes for National and international opportunities while strengthening leadership, accountability, physical readiness, teamwork, and pride in who and where they represent.

Na7ive Na7ions creates opportunities for Native softball athletes to compete against teams from across the United States and around the world. Competition against teams such as Puerto Rico and Australia has given our athletes experience on an international stage while strengthening their preparation, adaptability, teamwork, and confidence.
Through Na7ive Na7ions’ associate membership with the World Baseball Softball Confederation, we are working to expand a pathway that connects Native softball players to greater visibility and future international opportunities.

Na7ive Na7ions is working to expand the National Softball pathway beyond the current youth team. Future development includes additional youth age divisions, opportunities for older athletes, and the long-term creation of a Na7ive Na7ions Women’s National Team.
Growth will be guided by athlete interest, qualified coaching, partnerships, funding, and access to meaningful competition. New divisions will be introduced as the structure and support are in place to provide athletes with a credible national experience.
