About Na7ive Na7ions

Na7ive Na7ions is a Native-led national organization dedicated to expanding access, representation, development, and competitive pathways for Native athletes through baseball, softball, wellness education, national tournaments, select teams, national teams, and related programming.

Information presented on this website is intended to explain our mission, programs, opportunities, merchandise, and ways to participate or support the organization.

Website Eligibility and Minors

This website may be viewed by people of all ages. However, purchases, registrations, applications, information submissions, and legally binding agreements involving a minor must be completed or authorized by the minor’s parent or legal guardian.

Parents and legal guardians are responsible for reviewing program requirements, permissions, releases, travel documents, medical forms, media authorizations, and other agreements associated with a minor’s participation.

Accessing the website or submitting an athlete interest form does not guarantee participation in a Na7ive Na7ions program, tournament, showcase, select team, or national team.

Athlete Interest, Evaluations, and Selection

Na7ive Na7ions may use interest forms, tournament performance, showcases, skills camps, scouting, coach recommendations, evaluations, and other appropriate methods to identify and evaluate athletes.

Submitting an interest form, attending an event, receiving an evaluation, or participating on a select team does not guarantee selection for any future team, tournament, showcase, or national opportunity.

Roster decisions may consider athletic ability, position needs, age and eligibility requirements, conduct, coachability, availability, program fit, travel requirements, and other factors determined by Na7ive Na7ions.

Team opportunities, rosters, schedules, coaches, events, and selection procedures may change based on organizational needs, eligibility requirements, event availability, funding, safety considerations, and circumstances outside our control.

Program and Event Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep program, event, registration, travel, schedule, roster, and eligibility information accurate.

Dates, locations, schedules, opponents, coaches, activities, travel arrangements, and other program details may change without prior notice. Participation may also be subject to separate registration requirements, waivers, codes of conduct, eligibility rules, medical forms, travel policies, media releases, and parent or guardian authorizations.

Website information does not replace the official instructions or agreements issued directly to participating athletes, families, coaches, staff members, volunteers, or partners.

Online Store

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, designs, colors, sizes, prices, and photographs accurately. Actual colors and appearance may vary because of lighting, screen settings, garment variations, and production methods.

Products, sizes, designs, colors, prices, quantities, and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, correct errors, or cancel an order when a product is unavailable or information was displayed incorrectly.

Purchasing merchandise does not grant permission to reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially use Na7ive Na7ions branding, artwork, photographs, or designs.

Orders and Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information when placing an order, including:

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and order totals are calculated during checkout. The amount displayed and accepted during checkout controls the transaction, subject to the correction of clear pricing or technical errors.

Payments are processed through the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment providers may apply their own terms, privacy practices, security procedures, or eligibility requirements.

Na7ive Na7ions does not directly store complete payment-card information submitted through an authorized payment processor.

Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping rates, delivery estimates, address changes, tracking, lost or damaged shipments, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our:

Website visitors may not download, copy, alter, republish, sell, commercially use, or enter these photographs or videos into artificial-intelligence systems without appropriate authorization from Na7ive Na7ions and any other applicable rights holder.

Participation in a Na7ive Na7ions event does not automatically authorize unrestricted use of an athlete’s or participant’s name, image, likeness, or personal information. Separate media permissions and releases may apply.

Intellectual Property and Cultural Respect

Na7ive Na7ions owns or uses with permission the original text, graphics, program materials, merchandise designs, logos, photographs, videos, and other organizational content appearing on this website.

Tribal and Indigenous names, languages, stories, symbols, designs, regalia, traditions, cultural knowledge, and other cultural expressions remain connected to the Indigenous peoples, families, artists, knowledge holders, and Tribal Nations from which they originate.

Their appearance on this website does not transfer ownership or authorize reproduction, imitation, commercialization, misrepresentation, or use outside the intended context.

Use of cultural and organizational content is further governed by our Cultural Respect and Intellectual Property Notice.

Acceptable Use

You may not use this website to:
